Are you currently working as a Team Leader in the Insurance Sector?

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join a growing organisation in North Tyneside.

The Role:

Develop, coach and lead the Helpdesk Team and support the Head of Department to overview the day to day running of the department to ensure customer service standards are met.

Liaise closely with the CEO and Ops Manager as and when required.

Act a a point of reference and mentor to the team and take forward any training or development needs and manage under performance issues.

Assist with the workflow across the team to ensure that “spikes” are managed through successfully.

Undertake call monitoring audits across the team and provide effective feedback.

Handle escalated complaints following company procedure in an effective and professional manner.

The Person:

Experienced Team Leader within the insurance sector.

Excellent communication skills both written and oral.

Excellent organisational skills

Able to lead a team from the front

Able to use different management styles depending on needs and circumstances of staff

Role model for the team to aspire to.
