										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A brand new role is now available for an experience Quality and Compliance Auditor to join their team in Newcastle.  Working for an award winning Legal Firm within their Risk and Compliance Team.</p>
<p>The Quality and Compliance Auditor plays a key role in the on-going development and implementation of a comprehensive internal audit function, supporting the firm&#8217;s ongoing compliance with ISO9001:2015 ISO14001:2015 and ISO270001:2013, SQM reaccreditation and other emerging certifications as per the needs of the Firm and regulatory requirements.</p>
<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Prepare and perform internal quality audits (to include firm-wide compliance reviews) in line with the Risk Audit Schedule;</li>
<li>Formulation and maintenance of the annual audit schedule</li>
<li>Undertake and report on audits of the environmental management system (EMS) in line with ISO14001 requirements;</li>
<li>Provide support for the Information Security Manager for internal information security audits in line with ISO27001 requirements;</li>
<li>Support the Head of Risk and Compliance and Information Security Manager in the preparation of the annual Risk Audit Schedule</li>
<li>Undertake fee earner file reviews and consult with fee earners to ensure issues/corrective actions are remediated and propose mitigation plans to address risks within agreed timescales;</li>
<li>Document and report audit activities/results, identifying trends, mapping processes and data flows and documenting root cause analysis;</li>
<li>Identify and support the implementation of continuous improvement opportunities;</li>
<li>Create and maintain relevant audit metrics as contribution to Risk and Compliance updates/reporting to senior management and key stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>KEY ATTRIBUTES</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven audit experience, preferably within a legal/professional services environment;</li>
<li>ISO9001:2015 Internal Auditor or similar audit qualification;</li>
<li>Proactive and enthusiastic with the ability to work well both individually and as a committed team player;</li>
<li>Ability to work unsupervised for a large proportion of the time</li>
<li>Highly organised with an ability to effectively plan and prioritise workload with minimal supervision;</li>
<li>Excellent communication and report writing skills with the ability to present complex and sensitive issues to a wide range/level of stakeholders and influence change;</li>

<p>Due to continued business success, our client which has been ranked very high in the best places to work in the world, is looking to strengthen their team of Customer Service Advisors for their leading consumer product company specialising in Beauty and Grooming, Health and well being as well as House hold products.</p>
<p>Working from home you will handle inbound calls, web chats and emails.&nbsp; Your role will be to respond to queries regarding the client’s products within the range of queries, complaints, advice seeking, and general customer service duties. &nbsp;You should be prepared to handle these contacts in a sensitive and empathetic manner when necessary, and to ensure that the customer is fully satisfied at all times.</p>
<p>Every call is different, and the ability to effectively control the call, in a calm and positive manor is essential. &nbsp;With active listening, and effective questioning skills, combined with a persuasive style and strong product knowledge, you will provide a first time resolution of every call, ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.</p>
<p>Full product training will be given during your induction.</p>
<p>You will be IT literate, be fluent in Danish and English and be competent using in house systems.</p>
<p>Appropriate home working workspace and equipment – (Own Internet Connection/Excellent WIFI connection)</p>
<p>Hours per week 37.5 – Training in the first 2 weeks will be 9am-5pm (100% attendance required)</p>
<p>Shifts between Monday and Friday 7.45am-4.15pm</p>
<p>Salary £21,450 per annum.</p>
